mixed stay, some issues require attention
busy road dirty mattresses
the breakfast had plenty of choice and good variety.
the resort is divided by a busy road. crossing it to reach the beach was inconvenient. the hotel should improve the pool lounger mattresses as they were filthy.

balcony seating fresh fruit staff assistance
the room had a balcony with seating it faced the garden. breakfast each day included many options i especially liked the fresh fruit. crossing the road to get to the beach was safe hotel staff ensured it.
the gym was small it needed more equipment.

breakfast offered many choices like an egg station and noodle soup station. the hotel restaurant had vegetarian options and gluten-free options with clearly labeled menus. service was attentive i saw that staff addressed requests promptly.

the hotel had two pools one near the main building and one by the beach. i noticed ample sun loungers around both pools and shaded areas. traffic crossing was managed to ensure guest safety when accessing the beachside facilities.

empty dispenser non-working safe
the safe did not work when i arrived, beeping non-stop after i pressed the first key. maintenance had to fix it. the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. also, my key card stopped working after just one use, it locked me out after lunch!
